Excel Consulting is owned and operated by Kathleen Bagley, a rehabilitation professional that has worked with people having various disabilities for over fourteen years.  Her specialty is working with people who have a visual impairment or blindness with an age range from high school students to retired elders up into their late nineties.  

Excel Consulting has provided services to individuals spanning the entire state of Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland and Georgia and brings the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and understanding to it's clientele.  

Kathleen's background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics and certification in Accessible Information Technology.  She also has various training and/or certifications in Low Vision, Orientation and Mobility; including Sighted Guide, and Visual Rehabilitation Therapy including Contracted Braille.

Excel Consulting provides assistive technology assessments and training utilizing a wide range of adaptive devices and software.  Services are available throughout Maine and New Hampshire and can be provided at home, school, or the workplace.  All training is hands on with special emphasis on the client's needs, wants and learning curve.  

Kathleen is experienced in working as part of a team of professionals including Rehabilitation Counselors, Supervisors, Special Education Case Managers and Federal Government Officials.  She is very aware of the funding limitations in some situations and works to meet the client's needs while remaining within the funding parameters.
